Louise is an experienced lawyer with an interest in litigation and dispute resolution, media, privacy and data protection.
Louise joined us in 2017 from the NSW Bar where she worked for four and a half years with top-tier legal teams and appeared in a number of significant commercial cases in the High Court of Australia and in the Federal and NSW Supreme Courts.
In 2010, Louise completed a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She has also completed a Masters Degree in Information Design (UTS) a Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law (UTS) and she holds Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
From 2009 to 2012, whilst completing her university studies and the NSW Bar exams, Louise worked at the Supreme Court of NSW as an associate to Justice Rothman AM and as a legal researcher to the Associate Judges.
Louise has lectured undergraduate students at UTS on Legal Method and Research and has presented seminars and papers on consumer law and financial services, fraud, social media and privacy regulation.
Louise handles a number our clients' commercial disputes and other litigious matters, such defamation and misleading or deceptive conduct claims and promotes alternative dispute resolution practices.
