OUR TEAM
Gary Rogers founded Blueprint Law in 2004, having worked at respected commercial law firms in London, LA, Hong Kong and Singapore, including firms now known as K&L Gates and Coudert Bros, and, as senior in-house counsel at major free-to-air television broadcasters Channel 4 and Channel 5.
Nick has practised extensively as a lawyer across the full breadth of the media, entertainment and technology sectors. He undertook his legal training at Slaughter and May. His work has extended to practice as in-house counsel at Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group and as special counsel at the law firm Truman Hoyle (now part of the international firm Bird & Bird).
Ted Cawrey specialises in financing and corporate structures for the development, production and exploitation of media content. Ted qualified at London’s leading specialist entertainment and media law firm, then worked for over 5 years at Ingenious Media, as head of the Legal & Business Affairs team.
Karina has expertise in intellectual property, commercial, corporate and employment law. Her experience includes preparing and negotiating rights and production agreements for film and television, company structures employing innovative and unconventional business models, shareholder and investment arrangements, consumer law and trade practices.
Kelvin has worked on a variety of commercial matters across different industries and startups and online businesses. His experience includes litigation, privacy, preparing detailed contracts for high-value engagements, including distribution agreements, shareholders’ agreements and software development agreements.
Focussing on privacy, data protection and dispute resolution, Louise provides legal advice across a range of matters including regulatory compliance, commercial claims, intellectual property disputes and defamation, and international arbitrations.
Tania joined Blueprint Law in February 2013 and was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in October 2015. She works across all areas of our practice, including assisting start-ups and other businesses in preparing commercial agreements and the resolution of trade marks disputes.
Anna brings to the firm an extensive background in media and entertainment having worked at The Really Useful Company, Asia Pacific, Sky UK, BBC Worldwide ANZ, NixCo, Hopscotch (now, eOne Australia), and Vibewire Youth Inc. Anna works across the full breadth of the firm’s practice areas, with a focus on theatre and live events.
